Identification and management of latent and obvious conflicts

I think every one of you faced in working with stressful situations, arguing with someone in person or is on the table a black mark.

I want to talk about their observations in the visible and hidden job conflicts.

Divide them into separate groups and suggest methods of working with conflict in the working groups, as well as I will discuss why it is very important.
