Many project managers especially in IT faced with a lot of tasks. But when it is a complicated task with changing priorities and a lot of external factors, project team don’t understand the whole task and don’t get needed results. I will discuss the problem how to turn chaos into stability. By the way we lead IT program where there are more than 50 people in the team and serious changes happened more than 2 times a month. It is important to say that during the program we had a lot of restricted factors and problems in connection with contractor and internal units.
Let’s try to add the puzzle together and understand how we should begin which mistakes we can do and how the leader can “not break”.
