Success of any project is always success of the whole team. Team efficiency is high when people understand the task, can perform it and want to perform it. The lack of any of these components inevitably results in project failure.
The workshop is intended to give IT-project managers necessary skills for building and managing successful teams. Different factors will be discussed that influence team efficiency. Team model for IT projects will be introduced and explained. Along with structural aspects of team chemistry, many cultural and social aspects will be highlighted. We will present a compact model for people motivation and some principles for incentive offering.
All of the principles, models and approaches had been proven by author’s experience of more than 10 years of IT project management.
